8,000㎡ modern factory – from R&D to delivery, the entire process is under independent control
Zhuoran Machinery’s production base is located in Nanfeng Town, Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, with a total area of more than 6,000 square meters. The factory is equipped with a modern CNC machining center, precision assembly area, complete machine testing area and complete quality inspection facilities. It has full-process independent manufacturing capabilities from parts processing to complete machine assembly, testing and packaging.
As a true manufacturer of tube processing equipment, we maintain direct control over every step of production – rather than relying on outsourced assembly. This full-process independent manufacturing capability is the fundamental guarantee for our commitment to product quality and rapid response to customized needs.
