2. Stainless steel:
It is mostly used in treadmill handrails and decorative handles. It has a large rebound when bent, and the surface is prone to scratches. We solve the problem through a dedicated compensation algorithm, combined with polishing molds and lubrication treatments, and recommend 3-axis or 4-axis CNC equipment.
3. Aluminum:
Suitable for aerobic equipment frames and lightweight handles, with high rebound rate and thin walls that are easy to deform. We use a special compensation solution for aluminum, match the mandrel and reduce the bending speed. We recommend 3-axis or 4-axis CNC equipment for processing.
4. Elliptical tube:
Used for treadmill grips, elliptical machine arms, etc. Without proper support, cross-section collapse is easy to occur. We use matching profile elliptical molds and ball-head mandrels, and recommend 3-axis CNC equipment with mandrels.
5. Square tubes/rectangular tubes:
They are mostly used in load-bearing equipment frames and cable machine structures. They are prone to wrinkles at the inner corners and limited bending radius. We use full-profile square molds and anti-wrinkle tools to ensure the processing effect.

Elliptical tubes offer a comfortable grip and are widely used in treadmill handles, elliptical trainer arms, and ergonomic handlebars. However, bending them is far more difficult than bending round tubes.
