Product Description
The GY40NC pipe rolling machine series gives you two verified layouts for carbon steel tube up to 40 mm OD x 2 mm wall. The compact GY40NC-3 uses three driven rollers and occupies 1,310 x 800 x 1,170 mm.
The GY40NC-7 adds seven driven rollers in a 2,060 x 930 x 1,050 mm body. Both machines use asymmetric side rollers, accept workpieces from either side, and list adjustable rolling speed. Select the layout by tube section, surface requirement, production rhythm, and the amount of support your workpiece needs.

Reduce Unused Straight Length
Straight ends consume stock and add trimming work when a ring needs a continuous curve. Both GY40NC configurations use offset side rollers to reduce the straight section left at the workpiece ends.
