Why Is This CNC Pipe Bender Ideal For Medium And Large Tubes?
The three models use the same “servo feeding + hydraulic bending” hybrid drive architecture. What does this mean to you?
Servo feeding (B-axis), servo tube rotating (C-axis): precisely controlled by Japanese Yaskawa servo motors, the feeding accuracy and tube rotating accuracy are stable at ±0.1mm/±0.1°. The pipe feed, angle rotation and program settings are completely consistent, ensuring that the first piece and the thousandth piece are the same.
Hydraulic pipe bending (Y-axis): Large diameter pipe bending requires torque, not speed. The continuous high torque output provided by the hydraulic system is unmatched by the small size of the servo motor. DW75CNC is equipped with a 7.5kW hydraulic station, DW89CNC is upgraded to 11kW, and DW130CNC uses a 22kW hydraulic system – enough to stably bend Φ130mm × 12mm carbon steel pipe to 180°.
DW75 CNC Pipe Bender Features

The biggest difference between it and the DW38/DW50 series lies in the bending method. The DW75CNC uses hydraulic bending, meaning that when your pipe wall thickness reaches 4-6mm, it won’t “bend” like a pure servo bending machine, but will instead use a hydraulic system to stably output bending torque. For the same pipe diameter, hydraulic bending is significantly more effective against wall thinning and elliptical deformation.
500 program storage entries mean that even if your product type changes frequently, the operator doesn’t need to reprogram. Historical programs can be retrieved from the counter, allowing you to switch back to previously completed products in just 5 minutes.
DW89 CNC Pipe Bender Features
Applications: Automotive and truck chassis tubing, hydraulic hoses for construction machinery, marine exhaust pipes, large furniture frames, and oil pipelines.
Compared to the DW75 CNC Pipe Bender, the DW89 features a completely upgraded power system.
This equipment is equipped with an 11kW hydraulic motor and a Taiwan Teco hydraulic system, ensuring extremely stable pressure and speed during the pipe bending process. For components with extremely high safety requirements, such as automotive chassis tubing and truck hoses, consistent bending quality directly determines the yield rate of downstream assembly.
The DW89 CNC shares 500 program sets and the same feeding system as the DW75 CNC. If your factory produces both Φ75mm and Φ89mm pipe diameters, a single DW89 CNC machine can cover both specifications.
DW130 CNC Pipe Bender Features
Applications: Large-scale engineering machinery boom pipes, ship keel pipes, steel structure factory trusses, oil and gas pipelines, heavy truck chassis. It is a 10-ton heavy-duty CNC pipe bender designed for processing extra-large pipes.
The DW130 CNC Pipe Bender achieves a bending accuracy of ±0.5°, determined by the physical characteristics of large-diameter hydraulic pipe bending. For thick-walled pipes of Φ130mm, ±0.5° is already an industrial-grade reliable accuracy. For higher accuracy, we recommend using our angle compensation system, which can control deviations within ±0.2° during programming through springback compensation.
This CNC pipe bender is designed with stability and safety in mind—a robust machine body, a large torque reserve in the 22kW hydraulic system, and a safety protection system ensure absolute safety. This machine requires a high investment, but it has virtually no competitors in the Φ130mm × 12mm processing range.

Regarding operation:
All three models use a touchscreen + graphical user interface. Operators input coordinates (XYZ or YBC) on the screen, and the system automatically converts them. The DW75CNC and DW89CNC can store 500 programs; after successful debugging of a new product, it can be saved with one click and directly recalled next time.
