Product Description
The GY80NC pipe rolling machine range handles carbon steel pipe up to 80 mm OD x 4 mm wall.
Three documented layouts cover different factory arrangements: a horizontal GY80NC-3 measuring 1,700 x 1,000 x 1,000 mm, a vertical GY80NC-3 measuring 1,660 x 1,010 x 2,000 mm, and a GY80NC-7 measuring 2,300 x 1,420 x 1,200 mm. The three-roller versions list 220 mm/s bending speed; the seven-roller version lists 150 mm/s. Choose by workpiece handling, roller contact, and available floor height.
GY80NC Tube Roller Bender Model

Features for GY80NC Pipe Rolling Machine
Three Machine Layouts
Select horizontal, vertical, or seven-roller equipment around your material-handling plan.
80 x 4 mm Capacity
Each documented GY80NC model carries the same carbon steel reference capacity.
Powered Rolling Head
The listed hydraulic motor rating is 7.5 kW across documented configurations.
Adjustable Curvature
Your operator changes roller pressure to produce circles, arcs, or spirals.
Fit the Machine to Your Cell
Machine orientation affects how your team supports long stock and manages the growing curve. The GY80NC-3 comes in documented horizontal and vertical layouts with the same 80 x 4 mm carbon steel reference capacity.
The GY80NC-7 uses a wider seven-roller arrangement. Map the stock path, operator position, ceiling height, and ring sweep before choosing a GY80NC pipe rolling machine.
Balance Speed and Roller Contact
The three-roller GY80NC specifications list 220 mm/s, while the seven-roller file lists 150 mm/s. Speed alone does not select the machine.
The seven-roller layout gives the tube more driven contact, and the three-roller layouts use less machine length. Compare your section, finish, radius, production volume, and handling method before assigning the job to either configuration.
Build the Groove Around the Part
The standard capacity refers to carbon steel round pipe. Angle, flat, round bar, and other profiles need dedicated groove geometry. Send the complete cross-section and show which face points toward the inside of the curve.
Zhuoran can then assess contact, twisting risk, and tooling dimensions for the GY80NC pipe rolling machine instead of quoting from nominal width alone.
Applications
Use our sample service to verify rolling radius, surface condition, and straight-end allowance before final configuration.

Medium Tube Rings
Use the GY60NC pipe rolling machine for rings made from tube within the verified 60 x 2 mm carbon steel reference capacity. The roller head builds a continuous curve while the asymmetric side arrangement reduces unused straight material. State whether you need an open hoop or a closed ring, because stock allowance, trimming, and joining affect the recommended process.

Structural Tube Arcs
The GY60NC forms broad tube arcs for fabricated frames and curved assemblies when the part fits its capacity. Your drawing should include centerline radius, arc angle or chord, straight tangents, and rolling plane. These values tell Zhuoran how the tube will travel through the 60 mm tube roller machine and whether the standard groove can support the section.

Spiral Components
The source material lists spiral forming as a supported machine function. Spiral parts need more than an outside diameter: pitch, number of turns, tube size, material, and feed direction all affect setup. Provide a side view and end view with your inquiry. Zhuoran can then assess the GY60NC model, roller layout, groove, and material handling space.

Which GY80NC model should I choose?
Choose the GY80NC-3 for standard applications or the GY80NC-7 for better support on demanding jobs. Send your drawing for a recommendation.
What is the rolling speed?
- GY80NC-3: 220 mm/s
- GY80NC-7: 150 mm/s
Actual output depends on the workpiece and production process.
Can it roll stainless steel?
Yes, but capacity depends on the material grade, tube size, and bending radius. Contact us for confirmation.
What is the minimum bending radius?
R ≥ 10D. For an 80 mm tube, the reference minimum radius is 800 mm.
Are custom roller grooves available?
Yes. Custom roller dies are available for round tubes and various profiles.
