- The body of the pipe bending machine is completed by laser cutting a single piece of sheet metal, which results in a smoother welding surface, a stronger structure, and a larger internal space for the machine. This also makes the installation and adjustment of the machine more convenient.

- In order to precisely control the angle of the bend, an encoder was installed at the bending position, which enables the bending accuracy to be controlled within ±0.5°.
- When a malfunction occurs at a certain position of the machine, it can be automatically detected and displayed on the operation page.
- The pipe bending machine is equipped with a counting function, allowing you to check the quantity of the bent products at any time without having to recount the quantity again.
- The pipe bending machine adopts a wind-cooling system. Compared with the water-cooling system, it is more convenient to use. No additional connection to water source is required, and it performs well even in high-temperature environments.
- The pipe bending machine is equipped with an emergency stop device, ensuring that the machine can be stopped at any time in case of an emergency. The foot pedal switch can also be used to stop and start the machine's operation.
- The bending speed of the pipe bending machine and the auxiliary bending device are both equipped with throttle valves. By adjusting them, the working speed can be increased or decreased.
- The control panel can rotate horizontally by 360 degrees, which enhances the convenience of operation.
- The processing head and bending arm of the pipe bending machine are made of a single casting, which avoids the gaps and cracks that may occur during welding.

Use of machine molds

The molds of semi-automatic pipe bending machine usually consist of six parts. Among them, the wiper and mandrel need to be used under specific circumstances.
Such as when the pipe diameter is small, the pipe wall thickness is thick, or when bending a solid rod. In these cases, these two parts can be omitted and the bending can still be completed. Because these two parts are used to prevent the bending position of the pipe from breaking, wrinkling, or becoming oval during the bending process, they are auxiliary parts for bending.
These molds can be made of different materials, such as 45#, 42CrMo, Cr12, hard nylon, etc. They are suitable for use in different situations.
45# is the most common material. Ordinary carbon steel pipes or aluminum pipes can be made of this material. It is cheap and easy to use.
42CrMo and Cr12 are usually used when the pipe material is hard, such as stainless steel or alloy materials. They have good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and have a longer service life.
Hard nylon is usually used for pipes made of softer materials, such as aluminum, to avoid scratches on the pipe during bending.
